Who do i contact to get my date switched

Okay well Ive been here since October 2006. Then the hack back in January of 07 made ever body loose there accounts at the time. So i made this account right here again after the hack. So i was curious if there was someone i could talk to on Sythe to change my date from january 2007 to October 2006

Thank you very much if anybody can help

Or if i cant idk let me know but it would be nice if i could
