What i need is on a F2p pure/skiller

I need 25- 50 ranged (not all by one person if u dont want to i can have like 1 guy do 25 - 35 somone else do 35 - 44 another do 44 - 50

i need 40 magic

i need someone to cut 1k yews or someone fish lobsters for me i have the required skills
and about 200k cash on him with arrows and stuff

if i run out of money i can only have some people skill for him too

The reason i cant do this myself is because i got exams this week, so if you could help out that would be great!.
