Why in the world does it say "Trade with caution"...

I was accused of being a scammer by one person who couldn't even provide proof.
Now noone wants to trade with me, or trust me whilst training their accounts...

Probably because there was a scam report made against you but it didn't ,have enough evidence to warrant a ban but enough to be suspicious.
