I was claiming and canceling for a kid.

and this is happening.

as you can see there is the payment of 75$



And there in the resolution center- there is the payment and a option to CANCEL the claim i filled.




So i click on Cancel - and it says all the information as you can see.



So i click on the other cancel claim button - and this pops up - with all information about when i click on the cancel button it will cancel this claim and investiagtion -



so when i click in the box - and click cancel claim this happens -



And it just logs me out.

i have tryed this over 10+ times.

I don't know if i did something wrong, but i want to cancel this claim cause i did recieve the item i bought.

Anyone have ANY ideas what so ever? i do not want the other person to get in trouble with law suits and such.

a) NEVER escalate it to a paypal claim
b) Don't use Unauthorized, it's like telling paypal that you're hacked.

and regarding the final screen, may be an IE problem. Try using firefox.
If that doesn't fix, probably paypal is just being a bitch.

Try to make sure your not using a proxy... and its the computer you usually use, also make sure cookies are enabled.

Get firefox if you don't have it already.

Then go to Tools - Options - Privacy - Check "Accept Cookies From Sites"
