Hi apparently i got permantely banned for ICU: Hijacking but i didn't do anything.... It says this

sword Scamming - and gained items through hijacking an account.

Our detection systems show this account trading with at least one account tha
t was hijacked at the time of the trade.

We do not discuss our detection processes.

Our records show you were in complete control of your account at the time of
the incident.

Can anyone help or write up an appeal? I didn't do anything, all i did the other day was giving out 300k.. can anyone please help?
