All accounts can be recovered, even if they don't have recoveries, membership, etc. It's better to hire someone to train on your account.

If you MUST buy an account, however, be sure to request all payment information, previous passwords, the original password, and anything else you can think of. The more information you have, the better chance you have of re-claiming the account if it gets recovered.
