Default Infractions

I've been reported for spamming twice. I was wondering what happens when you get an infraction? Is it like 3 strikes and your gone or?

No

5 infractions = 3 day ban
7 infractions = 7 day ban

They expire too, so they all need to be active infractions i believe.

It's a 'warning' if you like. Use them for guidance on not to spam in the future. There is a chance you can get them disputed and possibly reversed, you just need to PM the mod that infracted you. You don't have to do this, at the end of the day is that you learned your lesson and hopefully won't spam again.

That. Infractions are just warnings and should be treated as such. Just figure out what you did wrong and think a bit more before you post next time.

Even if you can't figure out what you've done wrong, you can always PM the member of staff who infracted you and ask they why you were infracted.

Infractions ARE "warnings" so to speak. Accumulate 5 or more before they expire, and you are automatically banned for 3 days. They do expire after a certain amount of time (usually 2 months), but don't use that as an excuse to repeatedly break the rules!
