I assume it's pay per month because of the following reasons:

For gold in wow or rs purchasing off other forum members is much cheaper then going through a website like gold4fun or PA even though some take PA only.

But I'm guessing that it's pay per month, it should be the best way to allow sythe to generate funds without doing anything.

I'll safely say that only Matthew, Sythe and the sites who advertise know.. and Most if not all of them wont say.
