You're still in school, which means you always have idiots saying things about you, it will change when you go to work/college as people are generally more mature there.
A lazy eye lid is nothing to be ashamed of either, it's very very small and you're still the exact same person. Hell if you wanted to you could even make up some bullshit story as to why you have it, if your talking to someone and they ask you about it you could say you were helping someone woman from being mugged and you got hit, something cool and people won't even care.
I have a friend with a problem with his eye and he thinks everyone stares at him all the time, but when you're speaking to someone you always look at their eyes, imagine someone speaking to you constantly looking at your chin, you'd be like WTF? It's normal for people to look into your eyes.
As for the OCD and Hypoglycaemia all I can say is nothing will happen. but you're getting therapy anyway so you'll be sorted soon
