Shorten report post gap
300 seconds is long as hell, 30-60 seconds would still limit spam but allow users to report far more "discrepancies" in the community.

I'm pretty sure this suggestion has been brought up before.
I support it for the simple reason that I can see 5 infractions by the time I can only report 1 lol.

Yea, I left a bunch of tabs open for people to report but had to wait like 15 minutes before I could finish them. They were all found within 1-2 minutes :I

I support for 60 seconds or less. There's times where I have multiple posts that need reporting, but end up forgetting about them after the 300 seconds.

Because Ban evaders with 50 posts,reports other ban evaders with less or more posts,more trusted people doesn't mean they report people more than the ban evaders them-selves?
