I think staking services should be banned if investments are.

What do you have against staking services? As long as they're being legit I don't see the harm .

I think investments should stay banned just because the amount of potential scams that could come of it. Like one user getting billions in investments from different people, then peacin out.

Any mods have an opinion about this as well as others? I mentioned it to superman a while ago this is a thread now :P

i think it should be not allowed as well, alot of people that offer "staking services" dont reimburse the losses and end up losing alot of cash that wasnt theirs to begin with.. to me it seems basically like a trust trade.. "give me 10m and ill *mayyyybe* get you back 20-30m" too many grey areas its obiously rampant with scams as well.

I started up a staking service. I don't see any problem with it. We clearly tell the customer all of the risks and they agree to it. Most of us only collect fees if we win, so we have no reason to try to lose.

A staking service basically is an investment service you donate money to expect a return but the difference here is most don't offer a loss policy so if its gone its gone, however an investment service offers a pay back with set interest amounts, I personally believe staking services are worse than investment services. Its easy to fraud and hard to prove a scam occurred.

Make sure the staker records the entire thing and shows the video after. I do that anyway to cover my ass.

Besides, the person using the service can always watch the duels.
