I feel that there should be a section under the Runescape market where users can sell Rare Named Runescape accounts rather than just selling Under accounts. Reason being; People usually buy the 'rare' display name to transfer it to their other accounts not for the account its self.

Already been suggested and denied. Just use the "Other Accounts: 3-59" section. Those are pretty much the only accounts you'll find in there. Why else would anyone want to buy a main account level 3-59?

Well, apparently, if you have ANY acc that's over 70 def you need place it in the mains section. This category is also used for def pures, summoning tanks, etc. Also, the occasional main that people sell with old holiday items and such.

I support the idea of rare names having another section. Rare names have got so big lately that they should have another section..

Regardless that this has been suggested and denied before, it still should be added.

Why exactly hasn't this section been made yet? Or rather, why has it been denied so many times?
Rare name sales is a much larger market than other ones we have sections for.

Rare names have a lot of trades going on and I definitely think it deserves it's own sub-section.

I have no idea why this was denied. When I went into the account section it was just a jumbled mess. Half of it was rare names and half of it was accounts. Its like putting the gold buying and selling sections in the same area. Full support for a new section for rare names.

Plus, this would give sythe an opportunity to be leader in the rare name trade within the runescape blackmarket. A seperate section would be important. Great suggestion.

You have a point when you say many people buy rare name accounts only to transfer the names. However, a lot of the people I've done business with tell me they'll be using the account the name was originally for botting or other things like that.

I do support this suggestion but, if it's already been denied before, I don't know what can be done. Although, like those above have said, rare names are getting really big, and the majority of the Other Accounts levels 3-59 section consists of name sales, rather than what it's actually intended for.

Support (again). I think the reason this was denied last time was because of the lack of activity the old section would have if a new one was created, however I feel that what Viou said shows a great reason for why we should have it.

If this potential new sub-section were to be created, this would mean that the seller (person who is selling the rare display name) is only selling the display name and not the account. Meaning the rare display name must already be ready for transfer and that would/must happen during the trade.

If you did not imply this, then a new sub-section dedicated to selling rare display named accounts is simply pointless and would build a greater pressure for staff enforcement.
