Buying Upgrade

Okay well here is my situation. I have 1.75.... I want to buy an upgrade, but I do not have enough... So I was wondering if I buy an upgrade if I could pay you 3 more dollars when I sell my mills. If not it is cool, But just to let ya know, Im good for it. I will pay you back every cent I owe.
