    Filed paypal claim.

    6/23/2010 21:50 PDT - PayPal: Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.
    6/23/2010 21:50 PDT - Seller: We have delived the runescape account to hiim within 10 mins after got this payment. He said he is honest and we have confirmed that he has the right to use this paypal account to pay us by phone call. But now he had changed the account password and ask for a refund and give you a fale reason. As we said to him, we can take full responsibility for the game account for 6 months if there is any problem about the account. And we can full refund his payment if he can return the account to us. Thank you for your help!
    6/23/2010 21:49 PDT - Buyer: None of that is correct in any way shape or form. And I have screenshots of the entire conversation with your rep where he said he talked to the manager and the manager said he would have to issue a full refund. Issue me the proper account and login or Refund the money

And you have check the account online with us, and you have already changed the password! we can shou you the username and password here and we will upload the email sceenshot we sent you.     6/23/2010 21:35 PDT - Buyer: Seller refused to deliver goods cause "They don't accept paypal of over $500 for first time buyers" Said they would issue full refund. Just making sure they don't forget to issue it.

    They have the oddasity to esclate it to a claim and say i already recieved it? I believe the screenshots say otherwise.

    As i have been on the wrong side of MANY paypal decisions, i really cannot answer this, all I can say is best of luck. And go to high places, put in the effort of calling paypal directly, so they know that you have nothing to hide etc. Possible idea?

    Ridiculous shit. I bet they never even had the account you paid for. I also bet they wanted you to wait 2-3 days as that's how long it takes to transfer money from your PayPal to bank account - so even if you charged back the money they'd still be up $1000.

    I'm not really sure, they just had a better selection of higher end accounts it seemed..Guess as always if it seems too good to be true it usually is.

    As to getting the money back it's esclated to a dispute and paypal is looking into it. I called paypal and they said it's going to be difficult for him to prove he delivered the account to me and I have posession of it. But they said they don't want my screenshots as of yet.

    Will keep you posted as things move along.

    they are selling accounts that have ancient effigies.. which means they have not had possesion over the accounts for very long a week or too at max.. so theres no way to even be sure the accounts are secured by them.. lol

    That's honestly pathetic. First off the operator should be professional, it's obviously some 3rd world country wanabe company. You should definitely contact PayPal through the phone contact your bank (if the money was withdrawn directly from it) and raise some hell. Best of luck to you sir.
