Offical Irc Chan on Swift Irc?

Hello everyone I was just wondering For those Who use Irc,Internet Chat Reley What about Having an Irc Channel #sythe on Swift Irc? I know theres one already,But that's Not on Swift Irc Im very good with Irc if you need help setting up channels access Ect,Just a suggestion Reason on Swift Irc instead of Another Irc server is because swift is the most active Server With all The Major Pking Clans Dicing Clans Ect,Would be fun Of course if you dont support its okay , Leave a comment of what you think It would also boost the Activity on Sythe. A little More Knowing That we have an Irc Channel or if it got accepted.

 

As are Karl, Cookiezzz, n4n0, SuF and myself. The current IRC server we use now is just fine and would be too much hassle to merge everyone over.

sythe-irc.org is easy for people on Sythe.
For those of us with a bit of IRC knowledge we can use our own clients

Firstly, due to the nature of the IRC channels being unofficial, this can't be a real suggestion because its not a suggestion for the site. I'll explain why we're not on SwiftIRC and why we most likely will not be going back, ever.

1.) We used to be on SwiftIRC, we were on there for several months until users outside of our channel decided to report us to SwiftIRC Staff - our channel was banned due to its nature, they assumed we used the channel to trade.

2.)We've since moved to two other networks, the one we're on currently is hosted entirely just for us - with our own custom domain, and myself as Net Admin along with Cookiezzz - All staff that use IRC have channel access, and we have access to IP information for those who hide on IRC and gloat about ban evading, which was a problem in the old networks.

I prefer it now due to us having our own small privately ran network, were we can set our own rules and regulations.

So essentially - you're free to set up one if you want, but I will not use it and we'll not feature it on sythe-irc.org, and you most certainly will not get support from the administrators here to make it officially recognised.
