Bad deal:

This guy posted in my thread he was prepared to sell me 12 mill he added me. I stated in my thread my TOS very clearly not going first ect....

Later on when ready to do the trade he asked me to go first after all the preparation for the trade. I stated that im standing by my TOS but he wouldn't listen, he then asked me to pay for a middle man. He also wanted to do it in to trades, with me still paying the full amount first, not even asking me to pay half too.
I was unwilling to buy a middleman because he wanted me alone to pay for it.
He then claimed 'rofl obvs scammer'. He was rude and very quick to point the finger all because I was unwilling to go against my TOS. That lead me to believe selling gold was not his intentions.

Advice: Make sure he agrees to your TOS before anything so he doesn't waste your time and make false accusations.

Update:

Yesterday evening he added me under a different msn and pretty much tried to do what I stated in the above post.

I recognised his runescape account from the other day and he told me it was his little brother. It is complete bullshit, he aslo tried to rush me into the deal as he claimed he wanted to buy this brother a present.

Very suspicious, be careful people dealing with him.
